Our Shipping Methods
We ship orders via UPS or Fed Ex ground.
Most products ship the next business day, with the following exceptions: the Zaca Medicine Cabinets generally ship within 1-2 business days; All Bathroom Accessories ship in three weeks time; Stone Knobs which are custom made to your order, ship in 7-14 business days; SellStrom in stock items ship in 3 business days and Franklin Brass products ship in 3 Weeks. Our gas masks are shipped when available due to the high volume of orders and requests.
We make Customer Service our priority and that includes getting your order to you ASAP. If we are not able to fill your order, we will contact you immediately.
Sometimes human blunders occur after your order has left us and is on its way to you. Most of the time the transporting process is hassle-free, but sometimes things go awry. In the event of a blunder, we will do everything possible to help you with the shipping company. Please be patient with us during this process.
Our Shipping Prices
Freight charges show up on your Invoice when you order. Shipping is for UPS or FEDEX Ground within the Continental United States.
If your order is outside of this area, please contact us for the correct freight cost, or just put through your order. We will contact you by email once you place your order and let you know what the correct freight cost is for your destination. Once we advise you of the freight cost, you can decide whether you want to go forward with your order or not.
In the Unlikely Event of Shipping Damage
We make every effort to ensure that your products arrive safe and whole. However, should something arrive freight damaged, please contact us and the freight company immediately. Retain the box and packing materials. We will work with you on the replacement process, and try to make it as pain-free for you as possible.

All of our products carry a 1-year warranty from the manufacturer. They are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If you have any questions regarding any product we sell, always feel free to contact us by phone, fax or email.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY OF OUR GAS MASKS OR CARTRIDGES, FILTERS OR CANISTERS. THIS IS FOR SAFETY REASONS. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO EXCHANGE FOR SIZE SO PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY.
WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY OF THE RESPIRATORS AND FILTERS/AIR CARTRIDGES. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR ITEMS CAREFULLY AND THOUGHTFULLY.
Regarding other BuildMart Store products, if for some reason you need to return a product, you may do so as long as it is within 15 days from the shipping date. Note: It is extreemly important to open the shipping package and inspect the item when you recieve it. If the item is damaged, we can make a claim against the shipper only if the claim is made on or before the 15th day. We cannot accept products after the 15 th day, even if defective or damaged.
Please contact us before returning an item. We cannot accept returns unless you contact us first.
Products must be returned in their original condition, and in their original box, properly repacked, with all screws and other parts included to receive a full refund. Products must be shipped pre-paid. We suggest you insure any products that you return. You can do this through UPS or FEDEX which has an automatic $100 minimum insurance. You can insure for more than $100 by paying a minimal amount.
We will issue you a refund, or exchange your item for another, whichever you prefer. We cannot issue credits for shipping and handling.
There is a 25% restocking fee for the return of all Zaca Medicine Cabinets, and a 25% restocking fee all products that are not custom made to order and are returned in the original package and in new condition.
Our Stone Cabinet Pulls are Hand Made to order. Please allow 2 weeks before they are shipped to you. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for stone knobs, since your they are made especially for you.
Our Custom Made Replacement doors are made to order and therefore are not returnable or exchangeable.

We charge and withhold applicable sales tax for orders shipped within the state of California.
